Tile specialist Topps Tiles Plc has announced that Darren Shapland has now retired as Chair.

Topps added that Paul Forman, who has completed a transition period as Chair Designate since 1 July 2023, has now taken up the role of Chair with effect from 1 October 2023.

Keith Down, Senior Independent Director said: “On behalf of everyone in the business, I would like to thank Darren for his leadership of the Board and contribution to the success of the Topps Group over the past nine years. We wish him all the best for the future.”
