In a new collaboration, premium mattress brand, TEMPUR^®, has become an official Astronights sponsor, supporting the Science Museum’s 2024 sleepover programme. 

Astronights sleepovers allow children to explore the Science Museum after dark and take part in hands-on workshops, shows and activities. 

In addition to financial sponsorship, which helps ensure that the Astronights programme can continue to grow and provide meaningful experiences, TEMPUR^® will be gifting a TEMPUR^® Comfort Travel Pillow to every attendee and providing mattresses to enhance the sleepover for select guests booking the VIP overnight experience.  

Excluding two special editions – the SEN and Girl Guides Astronights in August and October respectively – TEMPUR^® will be sponsoring all Astronight events throughout 2024, with the first kicking off the programme this Friday, 19 January. 

The stars have aligned for this exclusive partnership. TEMPUR^®’ Material was born from technology first developed by NASA and used on board the space shuttles and it is thanks to this astronautic heritage that the mattress brand shares a common goal with the Science Museum; to celebrate all things science, innovation and space technology related. As original offshoots of space-led research and innovation, the pillows and mattresses will help Astronights campers fully immerse themselves in the experience, whilst also ensuring a good night’s sleep.
