Sustainable focussed office furniture manufacturer Flokk has reported a decline in sales and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the period ended 31 December 2022, total sales resulted at £10.1m, down from £15.1m, although this was against a shorter trading period. Pre-tax profit resulted at £251,000, down from £1.3m.

The company added that it is in a financially strong position, with net assets valuing £3.4m and year-end cash standing at £890,000.

The impact of the pandemic and war in Ukraine are “constantly being monitored”, as it anticipates a return to growth in the following year.
