Furniture wholesaler Qualita Ltd has announced the acquisition of Centrepiece International Ltd’s wholesale operation.

This strategic move expands Qualita’s product portfolio, supply chain, and customer base, while also providing Centrepiece with significant growth opportunities.

Through this acquisition, Qualita gains access to Centrepiece’s established product lines, expanding its portfolio and catering to a wider range of customer needs.

Additionally, Centrepiece’s existing supply chains and customer base will be integrated within Qualita’s network, creating a more efficient and comprehensive distribution system.

“Centrepiece, now part of a larger group under Qualita, will benefit from access to Qualita’s extensive overseas customer base and sales network, accelerating its development,” a statement said. “Centrepiece will also leverage Qualita’s vast resources to further enhance its product development and sales capabilities.

“Both Qualita and Centrepiece are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for their customers. Existing Centrepiece agents will continue operations as usual, as many already represent both companies.

“Matt Casson, owner and MD of Centrepiece International Ltd, will now dedicate his focus on product development and sales, while the entire Qualita team will provide full support throughout the integration process.”
