Retail shopping group N Brown has confirmed the appointment of Dominic Appleton as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This follows its previous announcements made on 29 November 2022 and 23 February 2023, that Dominic Appleton, who joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer Designate on 1 March 2023, has officially been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director of the Company.

The Company also announced that Rachel Izzard has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director.

The appointment of Dominic Appleton to the Board remains subject to FCA approval.

“The Board would like to express their gratitude to Rachel Izzard for her work with Steve Johnson, Group Chief Executive Officer, and the Board to ensure an orderly handover period to Dominic,” N Brown said.
