The Litmus Furniture Agency, headed up by Simon Hewitt, has announced a relaunch of a new modern lifestyle upholstery range by Recor.

They have selected five commercial modular sofa ranges and four reclining chairs, with each range having a variety of fabrics to suit all styles. Three leathers are also available in a variety of colours and will run alongside this collection.

Commenting on the launch, Litmus said: “Aimed at the mid to upper-level price points which we know still seems to be a strong market for some of us and one positive factor that you may already be familiar with in your stores.”

Recor was founded in 1949 by Rene Corthouts with its principal activities in manufacturing and selling mattresses. 73 years later, the Recor Group has evolved and today it is a company with a strong reputation in the furniture market offering much more.

“They have been active in the European market for over seven decades. All their sofas and armchairs are designed and produced in their own workshops in Belgium and Central Europe,” Litmus added.

“We will be exhibiting this new collection at the AIS / INDX show at Cranmore Park on the 30th August to 1st of September. It would be great to see you there!”
