Kuka Home opens new Vietnam factory

Global upholstered furniture manufacturer Kuka Home has completed the construction of its new factory in Vietnam.

The new 775,000sq ft production facility, which brings its total space to 4.1million square feet in the country, officially began production back in March this year.

The factory is adjacent to its existing upholstery facility and will only manufacture dining and accent furniture.

Commenting on its completion, Kuka said that the new factory will allow the business to expand its dining and accent chair category, adding that it has created around 3,000 new jobs.
