Kitchen supplier absorbs pandemic impact

Kitchen furniture supplier Dennis & Robinson Limited, trading as Paula Rosa Manhattan, has reported an uptick in sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, total sales rose 13% to £32.9m from £29.1m in 2020.

Gross profit increased from £7.2m to £9.4m, while pre-tax losses widened from £439,000 to a loss of £1.3m year-on-year.

Stated within its report, the company said that the loss was due to the ongoing impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
