Interior furnishings brand Sophie Allport has confirmed plans to open a new store in Harrogate.

Situated on James Street, the new store is expected to open in early November with the retailer securing a lease on the premises.

The shop is currently undergoing a refurbishment, while the business continues to recruit for staff for the location.

“We feel we have a real connection to the local area, and we know our customers have been keen to see us back in Yorkshire,” the company said.
