Independent beds and mattresses retailer Sussex Beds has shared progress behind its imminent new store opening in Caterham.

The new store will officially open on 1 April 2023 and will be located in Church Walk Shopping Centre, Station Avenue, Caterham, and will become the retailer’s 15th store and its second in Surrey.

The new store follows on from its recent, and debut Surrey store, opening in the former M+Co shop on High St in Horley back in January.

John Rayment, Operations Director at Sussex Beds, said: “It’s not long now until we open our Caterham store. So much progress has been made over the last five weeks. Now the carpet has been laid, the doors are in and finally, beds are being put on the shop floor.

“We would like to thank all our contractors for their work over at the Caterham store. I’m continuing my search towards our 10 year goal of 80 stores with more planned during 2023.”
