Furniture up-cycling business relocates store

Family furniture up-cycling business Pretty Shabby 101 has relocated its store to a new town centre location in Blyth.

The business, which is run by husband and wife team Michael Harriott and Claire Goodwill, sells refurbished furniture and home accessories, as well as accepting commissions to restore items and also runs a workshop to teach how to upcycle products.

The new store is located on Bridge Street with the move aimed to help growing demand of its products and services.

Commenting on the opening, Pretty Shabby said: “Well… here’s to the next chapter in our little business! Our new shop in Blyth is open! Thank you to everyone who has liked, shared and wished us well.”
