Furniture retailer Loaf has revealed plans to open its first store in Scotland.
Adding to its exisiting eight across the UK, the new Loaf Shack will be located at Straiton Retail Park, just outside of Edinburgh.
The new store will cover a space of 9,100sq ft and will see around 12 new jobs being created.
It is expected to open in the autumn of this year and will be the largest showroom in Loaf’s portfolio.
The showroom, or ‘slowroom’ as the brand labels them, will feature a mattress testing area with retro grames and colouring stations available to entertain children.
Loaf said it has recently secured planning permission to install the Loaf signage as it continues to fit out the site ahead of launch.
