Furniture business Sofas & Stuff has announced the opening of its new showroom in Nottingham.

Earlier this year, the business submitted a planning application to Nottingham Council where Sofas & Stuff proposed new signage for the former Sofa Workshop store in Castle Boulevard.

The company has now officially opened at the site, bringing its total portfolio of UK stores to 21.

The launch, which took place on 18 August, featured a drinks and canape reception to mark the occasion, while a harp player joined in the celebrations.

To mark the launch, the store has also launched a competition where customers can win a custom-made sofa worth £2,000. To enter, visitors are encouraged to visit the website and answer a simple question about the Nottingham store before 31 October, with the winner announced on 7 November 2022.

“We’re so excited to open the doors of our Nottingham showroom,” Sofas & Stuff said.

“To celebrate, we’re offering you the chance to win a bespoke sofa worth £2,000. If you win, you’ll be invited to the new Nottingham showroom, where our expert consultants will help bring your ideas to life, before sending the finished design to be made by hand in our British factory.”

Sofas & Stuff was established in 2009 and the new showroom marks its first location in Nottingham.
