Flooring company Kellars has announced the sad passing of Sales Director, Dave Francis.

In a statement shared on social media, the company said: “It is with very heavy hearts that we inform you of the sad passing of Dave Francis on 28 April 2022. This has been a huge shock to us and everyone in the flooring trade. Our thoughts are with his wife Julie and daughter Elizabeth.

“We all have lots of fond memories of Dave and his character will certainly be missed by all. Not only was Dave a Director of Kellars but most importantly a friend to many he worked with too.

“As Dave would say ‘Kellars started off as a Sunday League team’ and very sadly leaves us just as we are getting into the Premier League.”
