Cheshire independent furniture business to close

Independent furniture business AVM Furniture Centre has announced plans to close after 14 years of trading.

The furniture shop, situated at Hopley House on Nantwich Road in Middlewich, has launched a closing down sale and plans to close for the final time in a few weeks when stock has cleared.

In a statement, AVM Furniture’s owners announced the closure over social media and said: “It is with a heavy heart we unfortunately have post this post.

“After 14 years of trading we never envisaged having to make this decision but due to a number of factors beyond our control we have to now close our AVM Furniture premises at Hopley House.

“We will still be offering a small range of our furniture at Hopley House inside our Hidden Treasurez shop along with all the existing products we currently stock in the shop.

“We will be clearing the AVM Furniture shop over the next few weeks so why not pop down and grab a bargain and will be starting to post some clearance items on our page as soon as we can. We would like to thank everyone for all the support you have shown us over the years. The AVM Furniture Team.”
