Carpet and flooring retailer Tapi Carpets & Floors has announced the opening of its new store in Crewe.

The store is situated on Grand Junction Retail Park and has been undergoing fitout works over the last couple of months.

Earlier this year, Tapi submitted plans for a Crewe store, with Cheshire East Planning approving an application for external alterations to the former Shoe Zone store in May.

This includes the addition of two new glazed sections to either side of the unit’s main entrance doors.

The new store officially opened on 4 November 2023 following a soft launch the prior day. It sells carpet, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, engineered wood and herringbone flooring.

Tapi Carpets & Floors was founded in 2015 and currently operates over 170 stores across the UK.
