British furniture makers Bridgman has announced it will be giving back to the community during RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Breaking their 30 year tradition, the company has decided to forgo the exhibition this year. Instead, Bridgman will be donating £3,000 – the money they would have used for stand decor – as well as 10% of all profits from the 22nd to the 27th of May to Greenfingers Charity, to further support their work in creating magical and inspiring gardens for children in hospices across the UK.
Alex Bridgman, CEO, said: “We are proud to be supporting Greenfingers Charity, an organisation that is very close to our hearts. The money raised will support Greenfingers’ invaluable work helping children with life-threatening and life-limiting illness and their families to enjoy the outdoors whilst living away from home.”
A long-standing supporter of the charity, Bridgman has donated garden furniture to multiple hospices over the years to help bring these magical garden spaces to life.
