Wolf Components confirms double promotion

Pocket springs supplier Wolf Components has announced the promotion of Rob Shuttleworth to the position of General Manager and Director.

Having previously been in the role as Technical Sales Director for the past six years, Rob will now ensure oversight of its operations following the promotion.

“As one of the most experienced professionals in our industry, Rob has been key in delivering the unrivalled innovation and customer service which is at the heart of our business,” Wolf said.

Anthony Joyce, Managing Director, added: “We are excited to see what Rob’s insight and expertise will bring to the business this year and how he will build on the strong foundation already established in Rotherham.”

Wolf Components has also promoted George Joyce to the role of Commercial & Business Development Manager. In this new position, he will be bringing his expertise and passion from the last four years in Operations to lead its efforts in continuous innovation, a key element of the business.

George will be focusing on creating dynamic solutions and achieving real value for Wolf’s customers through product development and engineering efficiencies.

Director Stephen Baul said: “George has always demonstrated an innovative mindset and an ability to push boundaries, so this transition was a natural fit. We’re confident that under his guidance, our products will not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our customers.”

The news follows a recent team expansion where Bradley Fish was appointed as its new Quality, Safety and Environmental Coordinator, Sherri Metcalfe in role of HR Administrator and Natalie Bell joining as its new Operations Administrator.
