Value retailer B&M has announced the opening of its new store in Thamesmead.

Situated at Cannon Retail Park on Twin Tumps Way, the new store officially opened on 22 February 2024 and takes over a former Wilko location.

Featuring various departments, including homeware and furnishings, the store is part of 45 new B&M locations planned for 2024, with the company also earmarking the same number of openings during the next financial year too.

B&M’s website has already disclosed 17 locations as part of this store rollout across the UK, further adding to its 700 plus stores in the country.

“Our store pipeline is strong and we will open not less than 45 B&M UK stores in each of the next two financial years, driving disciplined cash-generating growth,” the retailer said.
