Furniture retailer Sofology has announced a new partnership with charity Home-Start UK.

Home-Start UK helps families with young children through challenging times. The new partnership sees Sofology commit to fundraise and donate furniture to the charity.

The retailer has already donated furniture sets to people based in the North West, as well as agreeing to fundraise, volunteer and promote Home-Start UK across its stores.

Commenting on the partnership, Sofology said that the “possibilities of this partnership are endless” as it looks to find “innovative ways of fundraising and volunteering with the charity”.

“We are also pleased to be able to support in a very direct way by seeing some of our sofas go to people who really need them and play a small part in making a difference to these families’ lives.”

Home-Start UK added: “We are very grateful on their behalf to Sofology for playing a part in helping them build their lives up again. We look forward to further developing our partnership over the coming months.”
