Serene acquired by external parties and continues to trade

Beds and furniture supplier Serene has announced that it has been placed into administration and sold to remain trading.

This is due to various challenges over the past three years, including rising costs and increased expenses. Serene has apologised for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause.

The company has also announced that it has been acquired by external parties who are owners of a local bedding company by the name of Sleep Revolution. This means that Serene will continue to trade from its current site and retain the management team and all of its staff.

The acquisition has been made possible by the administrators and external parties, and it secures the future of the company, allowing Serene to continue serving its valued customers.

Tasleem Tasab, Managing Director of Serene Sleep Group Limited, expressed the company’s appreciation for the overwhelming support and comfort received from its agents, customers and suppliers during this difficult time.

“The company is committed to providing its customers with the best possible service and products and looks forward to continuing to do so in the future,” Tasleem said.

“Serene Beds and Furniture Limited is a well-known name in the furniture industry. The company has been in business for many years, and the acquisition ensures that it will continue to thrive in the years to come.”
