Beds and furniture supplier Serene has announced that it has been placed into administration and sold to remain trading.

This is due to various challenges over the past three years, including rising costs and increased expenses. Serene has apologised for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause.

The company has also announced that it has been acquired by external parties who are owners of a local bedding company by the name of Sleep Revolution. This means that Serene will continue to trade from its current site and retain the management team and all of its staff. 

The acquisition has been made possible by the administrators and external parties, and it secures the future of the company, allowing Serene to continue serving its valued customers.
