Retail shopping group N Brown has announced that Dominic Appleton will be joining the Group as Chief Financial Officer Designate on 1 March 2023. 

Dominic will succeed Rachel Izzard as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director when Rachel steps down. Rachel will work with Steve Johnson, Group Chief Executive Officer, and the Board, to ensure an orderly handover to Dominic.

It is currently envisaged that Rachel will leave the business, and that Dominic will join the Board, following the completion of the FY23 Annual Report and Accounts at the end of May.

Dominic is an experienced finance professional having spent a total of 10 years at The Very Group (previously Shop Direct), most recently as Group Finance Director. He has previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at online bathroom retailer, VictoriaPlum.com, and leading footwear brand, Hotter Shoes.
