Lighting supplier Poole Lighting has reported a growth in sales as turnover continued to climb towards £60m.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, total sales rose 1.5% to £58.7m from £57.8m in 2021.

UK sales were up 2.9% to £55.4m from £53.8m, while EU sales fell 17.5% to £3.3m from £4m.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £6.4m, down from £6.9m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said that it was a positive year despite global supply chain challenges and that it was able to continue to supply customers with products on time and in full.
