Kitchen furniture manufacturer Burbidge & Son has reported a growth in sales.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, total sales rose 10.3% to £9.6m from £8.7m in 2021. Pre-tax losses amounted to £180,000, down from a profit of £27,000 recorded the previous year.
UK sales stood at £9.2m, up 9.5% from £8.4m, while revenues across Europe resulted at £377,000, also up by 24.8% from £302,000.
Burbidge posted an operating loss of £122,000, with a positive EBITDA at £171,000, down from £360,000 against the previous period. Total income stood at a loss of £140,000. Net assets remained strong at £5.1m.
