Kitchen, joinery and bedroom furniture supplier Howdens has taken the final unit at a new business park in Wakefield.

The Balme Business Park, which has been developed by Frank Marshall Estates of Bradford, comprises 26,000sqft of new units ranging in size from 1,500sqft to 6,000sqft.

Howdens has taken the last space, a 6,750sqft unit on a 15-year lease.

The park has provided £3.5m inward investment for Wakefield and created over 100 new jobs since its completion back in November last year.
