Department store retailer John Lewis & Partners has revealed a surge in sales of winter warmer products.
These included the heated throw and is becoming the “must-have of 2024, as customers seek cost effective ways to keep their energy use down”.
The heated throw has become an accessory in growing demand, with its entry price Dreamland throws up a huge 500% week-on-week.
Matt Thomas, a Category Lead at John Lewis said: “While temperatures are plummeting, sales of winter clothing and tech are really heating up.
“The heated throw has become the ultimate work from home staple – plus it’s safely out of shot for any Zoom call, so your colleagues are none the wiser!”
