Carpets and blinds business Feature Flooring & Blinds has announced the opening of its third store.

Situated on Woodhead Road in Holmfirth, the new store was officially opened by Mayor of Kirklees Clr Cahal Burke on Good Friday (29 March 2024).

The news store, which has taken over The Rug & Carpet Shop, adds to its other two locations in Milnsbridge and Lindley.

To celebrate the launch, Feature Flooring & Blinds offered complimentary refreshments, prize draws and an introductory offer for visitors over the opening weekend.

The business said: “We’re very excited about our new venture and we look forward to welcoming you into our new shop!”

Former owners of The Rug & Carpet Shop added: “Just to announce that we’re waving goodbye to our days of measuring, rolling, and fluffing rugs at The Rug & Carpet Shop.

“Feature Flooring & Blinds from Lindley is stepping in to weave their magic and carry on serving our wonderful community going forward. Cheers to retirement adventures and new beginnings!”
