Independent flooring and furniture business Northumbria Flooring has relocated to a new and larger premises in North Shields.

Situated at Norham Road, the new 6,000sq ft showroom is also home to its sister retailer Quay Furniture, bringing both businesses under one roof following the move from its former premises at the Royal Quays Outlet Centre.

Commenting on the opening, the company, which also operates a store on Cowpen Rd, Blyth, said: “We have acquired the old Party Capital unit and spent the last four months renovating and bringing the unit to life into our huge brand new stunning showroom on Norham Road North shields.

“We are very proud of the outcome! We specialise in Carpets, LVT, vinyls and laminate, wood flooring, sofas, beds, wardrobes and dining sets.

“We have relocated our award-winning business from the Royal Quays Outlet Centre into a much bigger and better location, all under one roof, along with our sister company Quay Furniture. Thanks so much to all our customers old and new and hopefully see you soon.”
