Independent beds retailer upgrades delivery branding with fresh family focus

Stockton-on-Tees-based independent beds and mattresses retailer Linthorpe Beds has revealed the new look of its upgraded delivery vans.

The new look features an image from a recent photo shoot that was based on children starting school again after the summer holidays, perhaps needing a new bed to settle back into a routine.

Commenting on the fresh fleet feel, Cassie Cooper, PR and digital engagement specialist at Linthorpe Beds, said: “We know how well known our red and white logo is and how people often spot us around the region delivering their new beds so we have still included the branding that is hugely recognised and slogan “Rest your head on a Linthorpe bed”.

“The images actually feature staff and staff members’ children as models and we felt the image captured us as a business, being at heart a family company with a small, but mighty, team!”

Linthorpe Beds has experienced a strong year with marketing efforts delivering great results for the business, while extending its free delivery radius to include YO and NE postcodes has also had a positive impact.

Cassie continued: “With us extending our boundaries for free delivery this has really been a year of growth and change and we are all thrilled with our amazing effort from our fantastic sleep experts (shop staff), exceptional delivery team, stupendous support staff, management and internet development crew.

“We have been pleased with our marketing focus, our investment into our website, some new employees joining us and the excitement of our involvement in the NBF awards again, this time for National Bed Retailer of the Year and Best Marketing Campaign. It’s been an amazing team effort to drive the business forward and make this such an exciting time for us.”
