Flooring business completes sale to management team

Commercial and domestic flooring supplier Vision Flor has completed a management buyout (MBO).

Law firm Berry Smith advised Mark and Sabrina Fisher on the sale of Bristol based Vision Flor Limited to its management team.

Established by Mark in 2011 the company has grown from strength to strength providing services to well know businesses and organisations including Bellway Homes, Miller and Carter Steakhouses, Toby Carvery, Salvation Army and the NHS.

Berry Smith worked closely with Mark throughout the transaction to facilitate succession plans and to help deliver a smooth transaction.

The sale will enable the management team to carry forward the legacy that Mark created and continue to expand in the flooring industry.

Emma Borrington, Corporate Partner, led the deal for Berry Smith and said: “It was a pleasure to advise Mark and Sabrina on the sale of their business to the management team. They have grown a very successful business well known for its high quality of workmanship in the industry. The management team now have the opportunity to further establish the Company’s reputation into the future.”

Mark added: “We would like to thank Emma and the Team at Berry Smith for their help and guidance in selling our Business.  Communication throughout was second to none and helped to ensure the transaction was processed as swiftly as possible.”
