Fashion and homeware digital retail platform N Brown has taken a 10-year lease at Link95 within Hareshill Distribution Park, in a deal agreed by commercial real estate firm Colliers.

Link95 was previously occupied by McCormick’s with Manchester-based N Brown taking the unit prior to it becoming vacant, signing up for a new lease with landlord Colliers Global Investors.

Link95 is a distribution hub located close to the major motorway networks north of Manchester, with easy access to the whole of the north west region as well as the Trans Pennine motorway network.

Link95 meets our needs for the handling of our homeware product and, with unrivalled access to the motorway network in the north, as well as easy access to our head office in Manchester city centre and our main distribution site in Shaw.”
