DIY retailer renews technology partnership

Home improvement retailer Kingfisher plc, owner of B&Q and Screwfix, has renewed its technology partnership with Virtualstock, Europe’s largest dropshipping and curated marketplace SaaS platform.

Kingfisher’s decision to renew its partnership with Virtualstock via a 3-year contract underscores the value and effectiveness of Virtualstock’s technology in driving success within the home-ware retail sector.

Virtualstock’s technology is used to support 1,100 stores B&Q stores across eight different countries in Europe, with the renewal signifiying a continued dedication to harness cutting-edge technology to enhance operational efficiency, deliver an unparalleled customer experience and scale B&Q’s online offering at pace, introducing: new products, ranges, and markets – without the need for internal IT involvement or architectural changes.
