Danish homeware brand to open in Cheltenham

Danish homeware brand Søstrene Grene has unveiled plans to open a new store in Cheltenham.

Situated at The Brewery Quarter, the new store, which is expected to open during spring, will be its first Gloucestershire branch.

The store, based next door to Urban Outfitters, F45 and SLG at the High Street end of The Brewery Quarter, will feature Scandinavian interiors from small furniture, kitchen items and craft supplies.

Mikkel Grene, CEO and co-owner of Søstrene Grene said: “We are very happy to be opening a store in Cheltenham which is a town we’ve wanted to trade in for a while now, and The Brewery Quarter is the perfect fit for us.  We always strive to offer our customers beautiful experiences when they visit a Søstrene Grene store and we are looking forward to bringing some traditional Danish “hygge” into shoppers’ everyday lives.”

Norma Jacob and Richard Power, who are UK Joint Venture Partners and already run Søstrene Grene stores across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland say; “We’re delighted to be opening our newest store at The Brewery Quarter which is a perfect fit for Søstrene Grene’s beautiful world of discovery.  We look forward to an exciting Grand Opening in Cheltenham in the coming weeks where we will warmly welcome customers to the wonderful world of Anna & Clara.”
