Carpets and flooring business CSM Carpets has revealed plans to extend with a new showroom space.

CSM Carpets is situated at Bars Bridge Industrial Estate on Estate Bourne Rd in West Pinchbeck, Spalding, and has earmarked a former car park storage yard as a potential site for a new carpet showroom and store.

According to planning documents submitted to South Holland District Council, the plans state that the new commercial unit will ‘provide new extended office accommodation with a large showroom/storage area for CSM Carpets who supply and fit flooring for commercial and domestic contracts’.

The statement also confirms that the business will remain at its current building with the use for storage and fitting related purposes.

The application has been approved with the extension given the green light to proceed.
