The leading UK franchisee group of Danish furniture brand BoConcept has reported another growth in sales as turnover surpassed £20m.

Concept Living, which has nine established retail locations including a concession in Harrods, posted sales of £21.m for the year ended 31 October 2022, up 32% from £16.2m in 2021. This adds to its previous year growth of 32% from £12.3m in 2020.

EBITA increased from £1.1m to £1.6m, while pre-tax profit resulted at £1.3m, up from £812,000 recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the group said: “Separately, the trade and contract department recorded its best ever annual sales representing an exponential increase of 84% compared with the previous year.

“The department has notably continued to be awarded large contracts within the build to rent as well as other residential B2B channels and its significantly developed offering to the A&D community with more than 750 live accounts.

“The group continues to perform well and this is as a direct result of the strength of its relationships with all the key stakeholders within the business.”
