Furniture business Birlea has announced the appointment of Jan Berta as its new Head of Logistics.

Jan brings with him a wealth of experience in the transportation and trucking industry, underpinned by a robust background in Operations Management, Customer Service, Business Process Improvement, Warehouse Management Systems, and Supply Chain Management.

Welcoming him to the team, Birlea said: “With a strong professional foundation and a graduation from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK), Jan’s expertise will be instrumental in steering our logistics operations towards greater efficiency and success.
