Bespoke furniture business owes creditors almost £400k

Bespoke furniture designer and maker Anthony Paulo Interiors has been placed into liquidation.

Jamie Playford, of Leading, was appointed as liquidator of Anthony Paulo Interiors Limited on 24 August 2022.

Detailed in newly filed documents on Companies House, the company owed secured creditor, the HMRC, £60,000, while unsecured creditors are owed a combined value of £312,000.

Within the unsecured creditor claims includes a further £30,000 owed to the HMRC, £49,000 owed to Metro Bank, £32,000 owed to its landlord Bourne Property Developments and £191,000 owed to trade creditors.

It is expected that creditors will face a shortfall of around £370,000.
