Bespoke fit-out firm assets sold following administration

Bespoke joinery manufacturer and interior fit-out company Zero Point Eight has entered administration.

The company has now ceased to trade with all 35 employees made redundant.

Miles Needham and Rajnesh Mittal, both of FRP Advisory Trading, were appointed as joint administrators on 6 June 2022.

Following the appointment, assets of the business has been sold to fit-out specialist Aspen Concepts Limited.

In a brief statement, administrators said: “Zero Point Eight has now closed. All 35 employees were made redundant prior to the appointment of the administrators. Upon appointment, the administrators secured a buyer for the assets of the business and a purchaser in Aspen Concepts Limited.”

Aspen Concepts was established in 2007 as a joinery manufacturer and fit-out company. It is based in Swindon, with its main manufacturing plant in Cradley Heath.
