A new independent furniture shop has opened in Newbridge, South Wales, following increased customer demand.

The Wood Hut Workshop has been established since 2019 – mainly selling on marketplace and online, decided the time was right to open its first showroom, which is located on High Street and officially launched on 22 October.

Owned by couple Ellie Coles and Ryan Morgan, the showroom features bespoke rustic wooden furniture including dining sets, bookcases, accessories and mirrors.

Ryan is the creator behind the products and has been making bespoke furniture for over 10 years.

Commenting on their showroom launch, the business said: “Due to the demand of people asking if we’ve got a showroom to view products, we’ve decided to get a little shop/showroom to put items on sale and to view. Exciting times!”
