Furniture manufacturer Repose Furniture has announced the appointment of Matt Hesketh as its new Managing Director.

Matt is taking over from Paul Kelly as MD of Repose Furniture – a specialist bespoke healthcare and riser recliner chair maker, who brings 30 years of experience working in manufacturing and retail operations within the furniture industry.

Commenting on the appointment, Repose said: “We are thrilled to introduce to you Matt Hesketh. His early career began in companies like World of Leather, ScS and DFS, but Matt has spent the last 15 years in Anglia Home Furnishings, trading as Fabb Furniture. He has spent much of his career in sales and commercial roles, but more recently has held the role of CEO, including leading the business through two changes of ownership.

“Matt’s previous experience in commercial roles has provided him with the skills needed to support our customers effectively. His background in sales, particularly in the furniture industry, makes Matt ideal to take on this leadership role within Repose; he will steer the team forward to continue to deliver quality products and service. His vision aligns with our commitment to quality, comfort, and care, values that are at the heart of everything we do.
