Home furnishings and fashion retailer Homesense & TK Maxx has issued a further product recall on an outdoor furniture item due to safety concerns.

The retailers have recalled the Urban Balcony Wooden Deck Chair, which originates in Vietnam and was sold in from March 2025 to June 2025.
“The product presents a risk of entrapment because it is not accompanied with any safety warnings or instructions for use,” the recall said. “No weight limit is stated which means it may be used incorrectly or overloaded. If the locking mechanism is not securely engaged, the chair my collapse during use.
“The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. The product has been recalled from end users. Owners are advised to stop using the product immediately and return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.”
The recall adds to its previous recall of the same product from the Irish market, which was issued during August 2025. (See related).
