Anderson & England and Buick Furniture rebranded into family group

Scottish independent furniture retailer Sterling Home has rebranded both Anderson & England in Elgin and Buick Furniture in Montrose under its wider group identity.

Both stores have been part of the Sterling Group for over 20 years, and this is a “natural step” in bringing all its locations together under a more “consistent brand identity”.

The group confirmed that the move is not a change in ownership, but rather a strategic decision to deliver a more “unified experience” for its customers across Scotland.

“As shopping habits continue to evolve, customers are looking for consistency, convenience, and access to a broader range of quality home products,” said Euan Graham, director at Sterling Group. “The Sterling Home brand allows us to meet those expectations while staying true to the values and service that made these local businesses so well-regarded.

“Both Anderson & England and Buick Furniture have deep roots in their communities, and we’re proud of the trust they’ve built over the years. This rebrand is about building on that legacy, not replacing it – giving both stores the platform and resources to thrive as part of a bigger, more recognisable brand.

“By bringing them into the Sterling Home family, we’re making it easier for customers to access the full range of products and services we offer, both in-store and online. The same familiar teams remain in place, providing the same personal service – but now with even more to offer.

“Both stores have had their signage and interiors refreshed, and we’ve launched local campaigns to communicate the change and reassure customers that what they’ve always loved remains – just with even more choice and a clearer connection to the wider brand.”
