Home furnishings retailer Dunelm has announced the opening of its new store in Trowbridge.

Situated at Unit B in the Gateway Shopping Centre, the site officially opened on Monday 23 June 2025.

To celebrate the launch, Dunelm’s new site manager Dan Batey and Sarah Cardy, chief executive at Age UK, held a ribbon cutting ceremony, while the first 50 shoppers were treated to a goody bag.

“The moment we’ve all been waiting for – Trowbridge Dunelm is open,” Dunelm said. “We’re so excited to welcome all of our customers – make sure to keep an eye out for golden tickets.”

The opening was attended by more than 300 people who lined up outside the store ahead of the launch.
