Sofas and Stuff – Sales and Design Consultant roles

Sofas & Stuff is a fast-growing, independent furniture retailer. Our Head Office is based in the beautiful West Sussex countryside in a converted dairy, and we have a network of 23 showrooms nationwide.

As a Sales and Design consultant, you would advise customers on choosing their ideal sofa which involves patience, creativity and a great personality. You would have a flair for putting colour schemes together in the Showroom and have a natural instinct to treat customers to the highest level of Customer Service.

An outgoing personality who enjoys talking to people, ideally you will come from a strong retail background. You must have great communication skills, be well presented, have a positive attitude and, above all, be a people person. Although previous experience in sofa sales would be a plus it is not essential as full training will be given. Sound administration skills and computer literacy are essential. Previous experience within an interior design environment would be strongly beneficial. Experience in sales and an ability to work under pressure in a busy environment are essential.
