After a lifetime in the sales promotion business, Chris and Barbara Lynch have decided to enjoy the fruits of their labour and explore full-time retirement.
The Lynch Sales company will continue to operate in the USA and Canada under the excellent stewardship of Chris Dickason, Executive Director of Sales. From the end of June, Lynch will close its operations in the UK.
For a limited period, Gareth Price, the UK Divisional Manager will continue to run events in the UK using Lynch copywritten material, but that arrangement will end in January 2025.
Gareth Price says, “Every story has a start, a middle and an end. I am enormously proud to have been part of the Lynch narrative. I have been privileged to work with some of the brightest and best in retail and retail marketing, in the UK and USA. My first Lynch event was in Walsall in December 1998, since then we have achieved over £281m in sales for our clients.
“We have a brief period to fulfil our work in progress and run a few events in the Autumn of 2024, these will be managed through my company Lyleoak Ltd. but after that, Lynch Sales sails into the sunset.
“I would like to thank all my colleagues, contractors and clients for all their trust, support and hard work. It has been an incredible journey.”
